Kawe Mazidjatari fa421f259c Tier0: JobThreads improvements
- Add JobUserData_s for JT functions (used as arguments for JT callbacks).
- Add JT_GetCurrentJob().
- Add JT_WaitForJobAndOnlyHelpWithJobTypes().
