Bill Hollings 0f22e2a70e MSL: Fix crash where variable storage buffer pointers are passed down.
Explicitly build dSYM files in BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR
to avoid conflict between macOS and iOS build locations.
Update to latest SPIRV-Cross version.
