1. Install Gridsome CLI tool if you don't have

npm install --global @gridsome/cli

2. Build Setup

# Workaround (see https://github.com/gridsome/gridsome/issues/1385)
export VUE_CLI_BABEL_TRANSPILE_MODULES=true

# install dependencies
npm install

# serve with hot reload at localhost:8080
npm run develop

# build for production with minification
npm run build

# build for production and view the bundle analyzer report
npm run build --report
