ekrctb 9f7112dab7 Improve apt-get command line ...

- Use native Ninja.
- `libwayland-client++0` and `libwayland-cursor++0` are redundant
  because these are dependencies of `libwayland-dev`
- Added `-y` flag and `cmake` for local testing.
