* Flagged ConVar 'bhit_abs_origin' as FCVAR_DEVELOPMENTONLY | FCVAR_REPLICATED.
* Flagged ConCommand 'bhit' as FCVAR_DEVELOPMENTONLY | FCVAR_GAMEDLL.
* Check 'bhit_enable' before running the 'bhit' command callback.
* Fixed spelling in a few area's.
